By accessing or using RouteMaster AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Use License
RouteMaster AI grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your internal business or personal logistics needs.
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the software.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Create multiple free accounts to bypass usage limits.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Free Tier: Limited to 15 stops per 24-hour period. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.
Pro Tier: Paid subscriptions grant access to unlimited stops and premium features. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement.
Advertising: The Service may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. By using the Service, you consent to the placement of such ads.
4. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS." RouteMaster AI generates routes based on algorithms and third-party data. We do not guarantee that routes are 100% error-free or optimal for every road condition. Drivers must always obey local traffic laws.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
